- Cottages and Cabins : $125-$200 per night*
Cottages are beautiful fully equipped units with full kitchen, microwave, living room with sofa sleeper, full sized baths with sitdown shower, TV and sound system, and a wonderfully comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom. Enjoy the peacefulness of that quaint cabin in the woods, but the luxury of a 5 star resort. (Limit 4 -- queen bed and sofa sleeper)
- Cottages and Cabins with Loft : $150-$225 per night*
All are equipped like our Cottages and Cabins with the added benefit of a loft - the ideal sleeping quarters for kids and their sleeping bags. (Limit 4 plus a loft for 2 children -- queen bed, sofa sleeper -guests must furnish their own sleeping bags for children)
- Executive Cabins: $175-$250 per night*
We have a limited availability of Executive Cabins equipped with upgraded amenitities for that very relaxing time away from home. When you walk through the front door, you will know you have arrived! (Limit 4 -- queen bed and sofa sleeper)
- Dual Family Cottages: $325-$475 per night*
For that perfect extended family gathering, we have specially designed an Executive Cottage with a beautiful Cabin unit, connected by a large deck, overlooking peaceful Blue Heron Pond, and equipped with gas grill and outdoor patio furniture. The cottages are equipped as the Executive Cottage and Cabin above. Only the Cabin is pet friendly. (Limit 10 -- 4 in Executive Cottage and 6 in Cabin)
- ADA Accessible Units: $125-$175 per night*
We have two units designed for the less mobile and wheelchair bound. These units are actually a duplex modular unit, fully furnished with queen bed, wide screen panel TV, and cooking capabilities, but meeting ADA requirements throughout. (Limit 2 per unit)
*Cottage rates are subject to 13% Hotel/Motel tax and a cottage resort fee of $7.50 per stay. A $5 per night fee is charged for unlimited use of paddle boats, fishing equipment, games, and bicycle rentals. A $50 deposit is required at time of reservation.
Cottage check-in time is 4:00pm. Cottage check-out time is 11:00am. A two-night minimum stay is required on Trade Day weekends.
Groups rates are available for groups requiring 5 or more cottages. Check out our events page for that special wedding, reunion, meeting, seminar, or gathering.
Please Note: Our cottage area is built with the serenity of our owners in mind. Therefore there are no automobiles allowed in the cottage area. A full time concierge service is available to escort you and your luggage to the cottages and back to your vehicle or to the features of the resort 24 hours per day.
Cottage Rental Cancellation Policy: A $50 credit card deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For cancellations received 8 - 14 days in advance of your arrival date, the $50 deposit will be retained. The balance of the first night's stay will be accessed for cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival date or a no show.
Smoking and pet policies are established by cottage owners.
At the current time all cottages are smoke-free.
Pet-friendly cottages are available.
Cottage Pet Fee: $10 for small pets and $15 for large pets (over 40 pounds) per day per pet plus a $50 refundable pet damage fee per reservation.
